Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Cazenovia area with a high school woman who would like to go out into her community. The DSP will drive her to community activities and to YMCA. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to assist her with maintaining her independence both at home and in community settings.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus but willing to train. Reliable vehicle and a New York State driver's license are required.

Schedule: Hiring for 10 hours throughout Monday-Friday after 3pm. Weekend hours will be discussed.

There is an ability for more hours once hired on. Back-up staffing needs have been identified! Flexibility to fill-in for other staff is a MAJOR plus. Individual willing to consider different schedule/shifts for the right applicant.

The pay rate is $22 per hour.
