We are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Bilingual Marketing Specialist on the team, you will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message in both ENGLISH AND SPANISH. You will be implementing marketing strategies including managing a marketing budget, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a school-setting marketing role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work across numerous platforms, including social media, to fulfill the goals and objectives laid out for the marketing team
• Create marketing content in English and Spanish
• Track marketing campaign progress and objectives
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in marketing for a school (public, charter, or private)
• Traveling between Miami and Tampa is required
• Strong data analysis skills
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and video editing software
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc) desired
