Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed for a project
• Skilled in use of all tools necessary (hand and power tools)
• Familiar with all phases of carpentry/remodeling
• Able to install items such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, framing, etc..
• Perform physical labor (i.e. lifting of equipment or heavy materials)
• Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed

Requirements And Qualifications

• Work history as a carpenter
• Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
• Strong, working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
• Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times

Education and Experience

• General Maintenance: 3 years
• Plumbing, Minor electrical
• Tiling
