• Providing a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for team members

• Working with the marketing team to achieve maximum occupancy at property

• Showing apartment community to Prospective Residents

• Supporting Property Manager with monitoring the financial operations and achieving budgets

• Make regular inspections of grounds.

• Inspect apartments as needed.

• Assist with creating monthly reports including but not limited renewals, rents, leasing, resident retention programs and maintenance.

• Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using designated background verification process.

• Build relationships with vendors and handle vendor statements for correct billing.

• Attend court hearings if required.

• Assist in supervising leasing and operations in the office, as well as provide training and instruction to the staff as to the proper method of handling office administration.

• Performs all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals as needed.

• Assist Manager with any requested work to be done on the property.

• Inquiring about late payments and assists in handling any eviction issues

• Posting refreshing and keeping vacancy posting up to date

• Pursue Leads

• Address and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.

• Input tenant maintenance requests

• Reports any problems or issues to Community manager.

• Manages records and files of current tenants.

• Inputs Bills

• Do move-in and move-out inspections

• Help Coordinate and schedule vendors, cleaning, and maintenance crew.

• Purchasing and maintaining inventory

• Takes on the role of Community Manager in his/her absence.
