Position: RN Supervisor - 3-11 Shift
Salary: Up to $55/hr
As an RN Supervisor, you will be a key player, working hand in hand with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standard of patient care for our valued residents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, adhering to current regulations, guidelines, and facility policies.
- Ensure all nursing personnel are aligned with their job descriptions, maintaining consistency and excellence in patient care.
- Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON.
- Conduct daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing staff adhere to recognized nursing standards.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active license and registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, including managerial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial aptitude.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
