We have an exciting opportunity for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position at Beach Breeze Rehabilitation & Care Center. As the ADON, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and assume responsibilities when the Director is not available on-site.

Salary: Up to $100k

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Foster a safe and healthy work environment that facilitates the delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Cultivate a culture that promotes engagement among team members, encouraging professional growth.
• Ensure optimal resident care by overseeing and directing Nursing Personnel.
• Act as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management.
• Make critical decisions regarding nursing and unit-related issues.
• Attend and oversee wound rounds on a weekly basis.
• Participate in facility surveys to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, physicians, and residents' families.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse with graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, possessing a current and valid RN license in Florida.
• Previous long-term care experience is essential.
• Proficiency in working well under pressure, problem-solving, and multitasking.
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
