Certified Medical Technician - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Certified Medical Technician - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Perdiem.

** Perdiem - As Needed **

Certified Medical Technician - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Unencumbered Nursing Assistant Certificate - CNA, or Home Health Aide from the State of Florida. 
• Must have successful completion of training in Assistance with Self Administered Medication.
• Must have worked as a CNA or Home Health Aide under the supervision of a licensed nurse within the past two years. 
• CPR certified.

Certified Medical Technician - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, toileting, and/or transferring as needed
• Assist residents with the management of self administered medication.
• Assist and participates with socialization of residents.
• Serve food trays and assist with the set up of the meals as instructed.
• Assist residents to the dining areas and prepares for meals.
• Initiate CPR or other emergency intervention for residents as needed.
• Attend and participate in the required in-service class on Assistance with Self Administered Medications.
