Looking for a LPN for a client in Ann Arbor. This is the overnight shift, which is 10:30pm - 7:30am. It is two to three days per week. The client requires 24 hour care, and the current team is looking for help with a few shifts per week. The client is ventilator and tracheostomy dependent. This is a great way to supplement your income and work with a lovely young women who is an active gamer!

RESPONSIBILITEIS

• Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status

QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive, patient and possesses a caregiving mentality
• Reliablity is a must!
• Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
• Reliable transportation and possess valid drivers license
• Excellent communication skills
• LPN or RN license required
• Experienced with a hoyer lift
