Duties:

• Manages and develops the Service staff, which includes input in hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective production. 
• Regularly visits jobs in progress to inspect the quality of work performed and to provide on-the-job mentoring and technical support to employees to ensure they are performing their responsibilities according Excell’s high standards and to ensure customers are satisfied. 
• Monitors all Work Orders assigned (and upcoming) for stores in your area so you are aware of workload, backlog and prioritization and correspond with Dispatch if adjustments need to be made. 
• Ensures employees are adhering to all procedures and standards by actively reviewing employees’ work orders in enterprise systems. 
• Complete assigned paperwork and forms timely and accurately. 

• Collaborate with peers, management, and consultants to continually improve processes and procedures.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner as you will represent Excell Refrigeration when corresponding with external customers, internal management, and peers.

Required Qualifications:

• EPA certified
• Valid driver licenses and safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have hand tools.
