Job Summary:

The Graphic Design Specialist supports the Company’s internal and external branding in a way that projects an optimal global image in accordance with business plan strategies. This position works closely with the global commercial and finance team in developing materials, collateral, and content to promote the company’s brand and offerings.

• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines and templates.
• Own the management and continuous enhancement of the Company’s brand image.
• Develop collateral materials to support the brand image including brochures, flyers, ads, videos, and digital content on the Company website and other social media platforms.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Assist with maintenance of inventory of branded items for internal and external promotion. Prepare and distribute promotional inventory for customers, employees, and partners.
• Support company marketing at industry events, including the design of physical (booths, banners) and digital (videos, ads, social media) presence.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure consistent application of brand standards.
• Other duties as required. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or Related Field from an accredited four year college or university.
• 5 years’ professional experience in a Graphic Design, Marketing Specialist, or related role
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web 
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Excellent eye for detail and visual composition
• Prior experience in energy or infrastructure preferred
• Computer fluency in Mac and PC 
• High competency with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, and SharePoint
• Video editing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skillsAble to give and receive constructive criticism
