Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the face of our company and one of the first points of contact with clients. Supporting and communicating customer requests within the organization and preparation of printing projects, scheduling, work orders for data and the internal production team. The CSR will track customer projects from beginning to end.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret customer's instructions for lasering, folding, inserting and mailing.
• Data processing instructions and postal estimates.
• Track, the delivery and receipt of materials for each job.
• Create work orders for each department, and track their progress through the production process.
• Check samples of each job for accuracy and completeness.
• Track multiple jobs at a time.
• Follow company procedures and standards for each job.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years' working in a direct mail production environment.
• No educational requirements, but the CSR position requires a strong attention to detail, and requires the ability to focus deeply while being able to change focus quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities and customers simultaneously.
• Must have strong computer skills, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn presort, drop ship, and commingle mailing services.
• Must be able to work with other team members who have different skill sets and methods of communicating.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
