Duties:
-Maintaining a current understanding of the licensing requirements sufficient to ensure compliance throughout the program
Ensuring the duties of the designated coordinator are fulfilled according to the requirements.
Ensuring the program implements corrective action identified as necessary by the program following review of incident and emergency reports. An internal review of incident reports of alleged or suspected maltreatment must be conducted.
Evaluation of satisfaction of persons served by the program, the person's legal representative, if any, and the case manager, with the service delivery and progress toward accomplishing outcomes.
Ensuring staff competency requirements are met according to the requirements and ensuring staff orientation and training is provided.
Ensuring corrective action is taken when ordered by the commissioner and that the terms and conditions of the license and any variances are met.
Evaluating the information identified in clauses to develop, document, and implement ongoing program improvements.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in program management or project management roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
