Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional (DSP), is to provide direct care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Homemaking
2. Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
3. Assisting with hygiene management
4. Independent living skills: Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.
5. Documentation of daily activities
6. Communication regarding concerns of the clients: Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
7. Transporting clients within the community: Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments, assist with Shopping
8. Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Saint Paul, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
