Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP), is to provide direct care to our clients and perform leadership role to the DSPs. Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Coordinating and scheduling DSPs

2. Creating client care plans

3. On call duties

4. Scheduling staff interviews

5. DSP supervision

6. General DSP duties

7. Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients

8. Independent living skills: Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.

9. Documentation of daily activities

10. Communication regarding concerns of the clients: Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.

11. Transporting clients within the community: Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments, assist with Shopping

12. Complete other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
