Excel at Roe Park is a leading skilled nursing facility committed to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Technician to join our dynamic team.

1. Assist licensed therapists in implementing individualized rehabilitation programs for residents.

2. Work closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure the seamless delivery of therapy services.

3. Set up and prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.

4. Support residents during therapy sessions, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.

5. Assist with mobility exercises, transfers, and other activities that promote residents' functional independence.

6. Monitor and document residents' progress and report any changes or concerns to the therapy team.

7. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.

8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote interdisciplinary care and achieve optimal resident outcomes.

9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in rehabilitation.

10. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**

1. Active CNA license; additional certification as a Rehabilitation Technician is a plus.

2. Previous experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.

3. Basic understanding of rehabilitation principles and therapeutic interventions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Compassionate and patient-focused approach when working with residents.

6. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate with a diverse team.

7. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

8. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
