We are now seeking a detail oriented Marketing / PR specialist to join our team to grow our tradeshow presence, build our brand and support a world-class customer experience.

Job Summary :

As a Marketing / Content specialist at Ex-Guard Industries, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing content is strategically sound and well-written, marketing touchpoints are generated, and promotional materials are delivered in a timely manner.

The role contributes heavily to our company's marketing success and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Content Creation : Works with brand and performance marketing teams to concept and write marketing materials that support lead generation and search engine optimization efforts.

Includes emails, articles, brochures and content for SEO.

Marketing Collateral Fulfillment : Own program that works with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to leads and customers.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain organized records of marketing operations activities and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing, with a proven track record of measurable achievement.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to plan for the future.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with email and SEO a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
