Ewing Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing financing options for our customers and ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted in a compliant and efficient manner. With a strong understanding of automotive financing and excellent interpersonal skills, you will guide and support customers through the financing process, helping them find the best possible options to suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire financing process for customers, from initial contact to finalizing the deal
• Review and analyze credit applications, credit reports, and other relevant financial information to determine financing options
• Negotiate and secure financing with various lending institutions to ensure competitive rates and terms for customers
• Present finance options and related products to customers, explaining available features and benefits
• Collaborate with sales team to maximize finance sales opportunities and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized finance department records and reports
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales staff on finance-related topics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar position
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing options, credit analysis, and lending processes
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local finance regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using finance and accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
