Technicians must be able to work alone while following a schedule. As a service technician, you will be serving Southern Wisconsin.

Salary:
Our Pest Tech I is a hourly position 30-60 hours per week pending season. This position is not a strict schedule, meaning we can have different variations of shifts and work hours wanted by the technician, the work days are flexible with the opportunity of advancement in the Company.

PAID TRAINING.

Schedule:
You must be willing and able to work Monday- Friday.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Interaction with customers, communicate details of service, investigate problems, find solutions.
• Residential pest control, interior/exterior applications using a variety of products.
• Work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Must be able to calculate, apply and document usage of products based on state regulations.
• Keep company vehicle organized and stocked with the appropriate amount of products/equipment to complete all jobs each day.
• Correctly and efficiently installation/application of any and all pest control treatment products that the site calls for in accordance with the label on the product being used.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience is a large plus and need.
Good listening skills
Able to take direction from manager and customer
Exemplary customer service
Problem-solving
Clean driving record
Must have or obtain an applicator license for Wisconsin (7.1 minimum) preferred but not needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
