We are in need of a General Sales Manager for our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin, WI. Under the direction of the General Manager, the General Sales Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
- Assists salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic goals
- Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of sales employees
- Maintains vehicle inventory
- Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Attend manager meetings
Requirements
- 5 years sales manager experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
