Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking Service Advisors for our busy Volkswagen dealership. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities

• Greet customers and qualify their needs
• Answer customer inquiries in person and via phone, email and text
• Maintain automotive service records
• Present menus with repair solutions custom tailored tot he customers needs
• Maintain high CSI score
• Complete Factory required training and certifications
• Handle all follow up communications with customers.

Requirements

• Experience with CDK and/or X-time is preferred, but we will train 
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
