Job Description

Summary

*This position may work onsite out of our Fairfield, CT; Southfield, MI; Atlantic City, NJ or Philadelphia, PA locations.

We are looking for a skilled Recruiting Manager to lead daily recruiting operations for all US locations, and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive. The goal is to do everything possible to attain goals and achieve great results for our company.

An excellent Recruiting Manager must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. As a Recruiting Manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills.

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall recruiting operations for Game Presenters and Shufflers, working closely with operations to identify the staffing needs by coordinating with studio leads for their monthly requirements and specific instructions for job postings. The Recruiting Manager is also responsible for monitoring the performance of the staffing team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that the recruitment operations adhere to the company's policies and structured guidelines.

Requirements

  • Work with local operations management and marketing to develop a proactive recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development on both digital and non-digital platforms
  • Developing objectives for the team’s day-to-day activities
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing team data (phone interviews made, HTG ratio, etc.)
  • Participate in recruitment activities necessary to select candidates for hire
  • Perform routine data analysis to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting process and the needs of each location, shifting focus and resources as needed
  • Lead, develop and grow a competent team, providing the development, monitoring, and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality
  • Analyze and evaluate various communications activities to assure continuous development of efforts
  • Build strong relationships with internal operational stakeholders to identify needs for process improvements, employee performance drivers, and employee engagement efforts
  • Maintain compliance standards
  • The role will require occasional travel

Qualifications

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
  • Proven experience as Recruiting Manager or Call Center Manager, or similar position
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Experience in building and tracking effective team KPI’s
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting leadership, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industries
  • Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and recruitment tools
  • Mass recruitment experience is a huge plus
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) – additional languages are an advantage
  • Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • A good team player with strong stakeholder skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
