POSITION SUMMARY: The HSE Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function by performing secretarial and administrative duties, including complex and confidential assignments. Responsible for managing and supporting multiple EHS software platforms. Provide support to HSE staff, including duties such as filing, data input and reports.

The HSE Systems Administrator works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. The HSE Systems Administrator will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected while inside. While in the office, they may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the HSE Systems Administrator should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
When required to go to a wellsite, the work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. The HSE Systems Administrator will need to remain fit for duty.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on job demands.
