Evolution Volleyball Club is Hiring a Head Coach Near Kissimmee, FL

**Job Title: Youth Girls Volleyball Coach**

**Location:** Saint Cloud and Kissimmee, Florida Area

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Girls Volleyball Coach to join our team in the Saint Cloud and Kissimmee area of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching young athletes and helping them develop both their volleyball skills and personal character.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective training programs for youth girls volleyball teams.

- Provide instruction on fundamental volleyball skills, techniques, and strategies.

- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential both on and off the court.

- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.

- Coordinate and communicate with parents, players, and staff regarding practice schedules, games, and other team activities.

- Attend and actively participate in coaching clinics, workshops, and meetings to continuously improve coaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience coaching youth teams, preferably in volleyball.

- Possession of a USAV Florida Region Coach License and AAU License.

- Successful completion of background checks required by USA Volleyball and AAU.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively organize and manage practices, games, and other team events.

- Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young athletes.
