Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sports programs, ensuring the development and success of our athletes. Duties: - Develop and implement training programs for various sports disciplines, including basketball, judo, karate, and martial arts - Provide coaching and instruction to athletes of all skill levels - Plan and organize practice sessions, drills, and competitions - Evaluate athlete performance and provide feedback for improvement - Create a positive and supportive team environment - Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure effective team management - Monitor athlete progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines during training sessions and competitions - Maintain accurate records of athlete participation, performance, and achievements Experience: - Previous experience as a coach in one or more of the following sports: basketball, judo, karate, martial arts - Experience working with students or young athletes in a coaching or mentoring capacity - Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of sports coaching techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential - Knowledge of child development principles is an asset We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
