Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and upbeat Retention Specialist who is passionate about fitness and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will play a crucial role in retaining our clients by creating positive interactions and promoting the long-term benefits of our services. Your goal will be to ensure our clients remain motivated and satisfied, helping them to stay on track with their physical therapy and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-up communications through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to gauge client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Organize and participate in client appreciation events and workshops that reinforce community and client commitment to their health goals.
  • Monitor client activity and progress to identify risk factors for disengagement and proactively address them.
  • Collaborate with the therapy and fitness teams to tailor interventions and support based on individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and feedback to aid in continuous service improvement.
  • Offer insights and feedback to the management team on potential improvements to client services and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in healthcare or fitness industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A high level of enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, with a personal commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry skills.
