Pay range : $30.00 / hr to $55.00 / hr depending on experience

Work Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Monday to Friday, some weekends, and overtime as needed.

Position Summary : To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and provide the customer with a high-quality experience.

Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs.

Education / Experience / Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• Universal EPA Certification
• Minimum two (2) years of related experience
• Must have possession of own tools
• A qualified candidate / employee must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier
• HVAC / R Mechanic Certificate required
• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventable maintenance
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility
• Operate scissors and genie lift in a safe manner
