Evolution HR is Hiring a Client Support Agent Near Roanoke, VA
PAY: $17.00 to $18.50/Hour
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to...)
- Review all documentation for accuracy and ensure data information to be input for account/ CRM system is correct
- Will work closely with Compliance teams to maintain compliance for all documentation .
- Identifies and inputs any and all client data requests or information.
- Education and experience equivalent to a two-year college degree. Four-year degree preferred.
- Must have proven ability to work within MS Office Product suite, including MS Excel.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment as well as with other internal teams,
- Must be comfortable working on multiple tasks and projects at once and be able to effectively prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to shift focus from one project to another quickly is critical.
- Attention to detail is critical for success when reviewing group renewal information.
- Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in healthcare or Insurance/Benefits industry
- License to sell insurance preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
