Inizio Evoke drives business transformation and growth. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director, Growth Enablement (Hubspot) to join our Growth team. This role is essential for standardizing our Hubspot setup, optimizing processes, and using the platform to enhance our data-driven and process-driven initiatives. Description:

You will play a pivotal role in working with our central global team at Inizio and a third-party implementation partner to standardize Hubspot setup, definitions, and processes. You will oversee Hubspot usage within the agency, ensuring that it supports both organic and new business data needs. Accurate data entry and management are crucial to this role, ensuring that our pipeline management is optimized to its fullest potential. We ask that you be comfortable managing up and down within the organization, as Hubspot users span the entire agency. You will establish, roll out, and manage new processes as the expanded use and standardization of Hubspot within Inizio Evoke is implemented. Additionally, you will work closely with Growth leadership and organizational leadership in understanding our pipeline data and historical data. A core responsibility is owning the business reporting for organic growth and new business using Hubspot data and reports.

You will report to the EVP, Growth Enablement and this role will offer remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the central global team and third-party implementation partner to standardize Hubspot setup, definitions, and processes.
  • Manage the daily use of Hubspot within the agency, ensuring understanding of business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to use Hubspot for organic and new business data management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management to improve pipeline management.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize Hubspot usage for growth initiatives.
  • Train and support team members in using Hubspot effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze Hubspot performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Manage up and down within the organization to ensure seamless Hubspot usage across all levels.
  • Work closely with Growth leadership and organizational leadership to understand pipeline and historical data.
  • Lead the business reporting for organic growth and new business leveraging Hubspot data and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Hubspot Specialist or similar role, preferably in a growth-focused environment.
  • Comfort with Hubspot's functionalities and capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing and business strategies.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
