About the Role

In this role, you will be joining the Operations team. You will work closely with the Client Success team to ensure our clients are able to get the most out of our product. You will become a deep product and tools expert. Work will be done mostly inside of internal tools rather than contributing to our codebase, but there will be opportunities to work with the Engineering/Product teams when it makes sense. 

This role will be based in Seattle, Washington and is a hybrid role with limited in-office days required.

Responsibilities Include

  • Take business requirements from the Client Success team and turn them into ‘Blueprints’ which users will interact with to create highly performant and compliant advertising programs. This can be customer-facing or internal depending on aptitude and interest.
  • Support existing ‘Blueprints’ currently in use by our clients. This could mean making structural improvements and/or troubleshooting issues.
  • Become an expert in our internal tools and product.
  • Help to improve our internal tools and processes to make creating new ‘Blueprints’ easier and/or more sophisticated.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert on integration projects with customer systems such as SSO tools or custom reporting use cases.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and engineering, when necessary, to resolve challenging technical issues faced by our clients. Advocate for your clients and effectively manage expectations throughout support engagements.
  • Invent ways to evolve our product to make it better and build tools or solutions that address client needs.
  • Transform/augment client data through data translation tools during the onboarding process and facilitate iteration/change requests with program needs.
Your Background
  • 4-year degree in technical realm, or equivalent experience required
  • SQL experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in a Product/Engineering role with a SaaS company is a plus
  • Digital Advertising experience is a plus
  • Experience working with pixels across Facebook, Google or tag management systems a plus
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, swiftly changing startup environment

$50,000 - $80,000 a year
The salary offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
