EVINS Communications is Hiring an Associate Account Executive, Public Relations (Teuwen) Near New York, NY

Responsibilities: AAE responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide wide-ranging client support, reporting to senior team members
Update, research and manage media and influencer lists, sample inventory, clip tracking and
activity reports
Draft agendas, recaps, memos, activity reports and other client-facing materials
Write press releases, pitches, fact sheets, biographies, social media content calendars, among
other program materials
Develop media relationships and garner media placements
Daily monitoring of media for client placements
Track, clip and distribute press coverage
Assist with event logistics (virtual and in-person); attend events (some may be evening or
weekends), as needed
Assist with creative program development and implementation across media, trade, consumer
and social media campaigns Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of public relations agency experience
Experience securing media coverage; Specific contacts in the wine, spirits, hospitality &
lifestyle category a plus
Strong writing skills, able to create distribution-ready documents with minimal edits
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Resourceful, creative problem-solver with effective time management skills
Interest in learning/furthering wine, spirits and food knowledge
Ability to work within a team structure and autonomously
Knowledge of Burelles, MuckRack, Sprout Social, Mac Office and Social Platforms a plus
This is a NYC based position, we are currently hybrid with 1-2 days in the office
Salary & Benefits
Salary range $50,000-55,000 — commensurate with experience
