Everything Sleep Idaho is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Boise, ID

```Job Overview```

We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

```Duties```

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments

- Answer some phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience working in a fast paced office

- Proficient computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
