Pain Care Boise seeks a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers.
As a receptionist, you will have a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be responsible for complete and accurate patient registration, including the proper completion of required forms and the copying/scanning of patient insurance information. The receptionist is asked to confirm appointments and answer questions over the telephone. Additionally, the receptionist will collect payments at time of service as instructed. When working as a receptionist, you will be responsible for mailing appropriate paperwork to patients and outside facilities as needed.
When filling the role as scheduler, you will handle incoming calls from patients, outside facilities, outside providers and others. Paying close attention to detail is a must for this position.
Our receptionist will work in a team environment to efficiently enter patient demographic and health information into the electronic health record.
Competitive salary and benefits offered. Practice hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. 34-36 hours per week. If you are interested in joining our practice, start by submitting a cover letter and resume.
