Custodian
Under the supervision of the Center Administrator, provides support andassistance in maintaining the property, plant, and equipment.Maintains cleanliness andperforms assigned tasks to maintain a sanitary, orderly,and attractive condition, following all State, Federal, and Local requirements.Performs housekeeping, cleaning activities,and floor care within well established guidelines, to ensure a healthy, cleanenvironment.
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Experience:Previous custodial or janitorial experience inhealth care or school system preferred.
