P.A.C.E. offers a wide variety of services to fulfill this mission such as medical services to medications, from nutritious meals to transportation all personalized to meet the participant’s specific needs!

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet Carolina SeniorCare's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.

2. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Experience :

Successful, sustaining experience in a related field that involves marketing and sales may be considered. Two to three years experience in Health and Human Services in case management, benefits, administration, or social work in a health care environment.

Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Bi-lingual preferred. Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

1. Develops and implements the approved version of the Marketing Plan.

2. Develops and implements the advertising and communications program through direct mail, publicity, newsletters, print media, and other approved mediums.

3. Responsible for preparation of the proposed budget for the operation of the areas of responsibility. Assists Executive Director with marketing objectives, programs, and policies.

5. Develops a strong familiarity and knowledge of comparable programs in the primary and secondary market areas. Will visit PACE programs to become familiar with their operations.

6. Performs marketing functions of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up with prospective participants through on-site and in-home presentations.

7. Responsible for development and coordination of public relations for Carolina SeniorCare to ensure compatibility with our mission, services, and public image.

8. Coordinates the enrollment process with prospective participant, family, staff, Enrollment Committee, and Interdisciplinary Team.

9. Implements public relations and marketing activities for available and future enrollments. Keeps administration informed of all aspects of market demands or unmet need.

10. Maintains master enrollment log and appropriate waiting lists for enrollment.

11. Arranges tours, open houses, activity events, health fairs, etc. of Carolina SeniorCare.

12. Receives and provides information to referrals to the PACE Program; refers individuals to other appropriate resources as indicated.

Assesses potential PACE participants in homes, nursing homes, hospitals or other settings as part of the intake process.

13. Provides alternative community resources to applicants who are not accepted into the PACE program. Maintains ongoing relationship with identified individuals and agencies to ensure a clear understanding of PACE as a vital community resource.
