Summary of Position

We're a dynamic team seeking a Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced office in North Phoenix.

We need an organized, task-driven individual with a keen eye for detail to guide our new clients through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should excel at quick problem-solving and be solution-oriented.

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, managing approximately 40-50 clients simultaneously
  • Plan and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, building strong rapport and engagement
  • Document updates frequently in CRM and Project Management software
  • Address and resolve client concerns effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes for efficiency
  • Coordinate with Account Management teams for seamless project handoff
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
  • 3 years of customer service/client-facing (in-person or virtual experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone and email communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Coachable nature
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability and quick grasp of new concepts
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable with a positive attitude
  • Effective multitasking and priority management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce and project management software
  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with WordPress (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, GMB, Google Analytics, and GTM
  • Understanding of DNS and hosting (preferred)
  • Forward-thinking mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Sales experience or understanding of B2B/B2C marketing sales
  • A good sense of humor.
