Description

Are you looking to break into the technical product or engineering field or have great customer service experience and desire room for growth?

As a Customer Service Specialist for Everi's Loyalty Support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with operational support related to our promotional and enrollment software, kiosks, and other Loyalty products.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through various processes.

There is tons of opportunity for advancement with this team!

Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas area to be considered

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and trouble tickets.
  • Actively investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for users and issue trouble ticket reporting on all other problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system (Zendesk).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job :

  • Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Prior tech support / help desk experience.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Nice to have's :
  • Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM.
  • Technical background.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Troubleshooting experience.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;

licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.25 - $24.25 / per hour and is overtime eligible .
