Our family-owned SUD treatment program is growing and we're seeking a driver to transport our clients that is passionate about working with people seeking recovery. We offer a casual, supportive, team-oriented work environment with competitive salaries.

The driver will support clients by providing transportation to and from the recovery homes to the treatment center, transportation to and from the methadone clinic, as well as transportation for client field trips and other outings.

We are looking for full-time employees with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM until 4 PM.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client transportation
• Client encouragement
• May require going into the recovery homes to get patients
• Utilize the agency EHR system as appropriate to role.
• Promotes a positive and productive work & recovery environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
• At least 1 year experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse problems preferred
• Valid state driver’s license with a positive driving record
• Must be comfortable driving a passenger van
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• One year free of any problems associated with substance use.

This job is for the schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, with on call availability.
