Our family-owned SUD treatment program is growing and we're seeking an Office Manager /HR Specialist. We offer a casual, supportive, team-oriented work environment with competitive salaries.

This position will be be responsible for assisting with recruiting, employee orientation, personnel file management, facilities support , and front desk work.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in working with substance use disorder or behavioral health.
• Preferred experience in human resources.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess and solve problems, make decisions, work independently as needed.
• Must be able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• One year free of any problems related to substance use.
• Physical demands for the job include sitting for extended periods of time, bending, and reaching.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
