Description
POSITION SUMMARY : Overall responsibility for optimizing productivity at the site while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with company and government regulations and continuous improvement of operations at the location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides overall direction and administration of his/her site-based operation.
2. Manages the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors. This includes all administrative requirements.
3. Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to schedule, quality and budget objectives.
4. Assists the assigned salesman with sales of all Evergreen service lines.
5. Maintains the project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA and SA requirements.
6. Act as Evergreen single point of contact with the customer for all operations issues.
7. Direct the overall plan to meet schedule safety, quality and budget objectives. Ensure all administrative and control requirements are met in accordance with the division's management and control practices.
8. Manage and supervise assigned Evergreen personnel and subcontractors. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
9. Understands his daily revenue, cost and overtime percentages.
10. Carryout all company policies.
11. Monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a high level and "can do" attitude.
12. Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations.
13. Maintain awareness and share information regarding new and better methods.
14. Interface daily with the customer's point of contact. Maintain a problem solving attitude and attempt to procure additional work.
15. Conduct prior to start of job "walks" as necessary.
16. Actively participate in the feedback evaluation process.
17. Maintain a detailed, daily diary of events.
18. Assist the salesman with work estimates, sampling and/or completing lead sheet/questionnaire information.
19. Maintain assigned equipment and vehicles in a good working condition utilizing the division planned maintenance system.
20. Provide annual personnel evaluation (in writing) for all assigned personnel.
21. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma. College degree highly desirable or minimum of 10 years management experience in the industry. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years management experience in the industry.
