Evergreen Communities LLC is Hiring a Property Manager Near Painted Post, NY

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Painted Post, NY Manufactured Home Community. This person is responsible for daily operations of the community; curb appeal, maintaining and increasing occupancy and filling vacancies, rent collection, evictions, leasing, rule compliance, resident relations, overseeing maintenance, supervising service providers, and ensuring the security of the community.

Part-time position; 25-30 hours/week. We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, and sick time as well as 401k with employer matching. If this sounds like a good fit for you, submit your resume today!

Compensation:

$22 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting rents, posting rents, bank deposits, delinquencies, evictions
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site operations, including vendor relationships, contractor workmanship
  • Assist in the establishment of rental rates by surveying local rental rates
  • Facilitate move-in and move-out processes for tenants/residents
  • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate new qualified leads
  • Daily property tours and rule enforcement
  • Supervision of the maintenance staff
  • On-call for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
  • Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with residents and prospective residents
  • 2 years of experience in residential property management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations
  • Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Great team management skills
  • Ability to motivate staff and meet goals
