We protect our customer's most valuable property from physical and financial deterioration. The crevices of the exterior of our houses are perfect homes to grow mold, mildew, and algae, as well as to collect excessive dirt. This leads to rot, decay, staining, and unsightly appearance. We preserve our client's houses using advanced pressure washing techniques, leaving them polished and protected.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and understanding cleaning job tickets
• Preparing for your jobs by packing the right equipment in your van
• Understanding our pressure washing equipment and set up
• Clean roofs, siding, decks, gutters, vehicles, and other surfaces
• Maintaining good relationships with teammates and customers
• Running towards problems or difficulties with excitement to learn and improve

The application process

2 - Receive an email from us to schedule your phone call interview with our GM.

3 - Set up a time to come to a jobsite for a 'try out'. You will have an opportunity to handle our pressure washing equipment and demonstrate competency after a guided tutorial.

4 - If offered a job, you must pass a background and reference check within the first month.

Autonomy

We expect our crew members to be able to run their projects to completion as soon as our daily briefing ends. You are encouraged to ask questions when needed, but you are expected to manage your own work and solve your own problems along the way.

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
