Everett Home Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketer to join our team. As a leading provider of home health care services, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients through compassionate and personalized care. The marketer will play a crucial role in promoting our services, establishing partnerships, and expanding our reach within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations to generate referrals.
• Plan and execute outreach events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our services and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Represent Everett Home Health professionally at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
