Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance and landscaping, with experience in various tasks such as hardscape, snow plowing, tree trimming, mowing, and general lawn care.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular lawn maintenance duties including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain the overall appearance of landscapes
- Assist in hardscape projects such as building walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Operate power tools and equipment for landscape maintenance tasks
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Assist in garden and landscape installations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field
- Ability to operate and maintain power tools effectively
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
