Title: Talent Development Specialist II Company: Everest Global Services, Inc. Job Category: Human Resources Job Description: Job Summary You will be supporting a variety of Professional Development and Management Development programs by leading, driving, managing, and facilitating learning programs with some content development responsibilities. One of the most important aspects of the role is strong facilitation skills. Essential Job Functions and Scope (includes but is not limited to): Facilitate engaging and interactive Professional Development Programs which are targeted toward managers, leaders, and individual contributors Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist with curriculum development while enhancing existing course content Consult with business and HR leaders to assess needs and design solutions for competency development gaps Design, develop and create learning roadmaps for application and ongoing learning development Recommend learning solutions to address business challenges Be able to identify, assess and evaluate data while being able to compose and present the storyline line for the business Coach managers, leaders, and individual contributors Assist and help to drive the mentorship program Seek input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change Manage updates and revisions to “lookbooks” and “playbooks” In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of L&D experience (adult learning) Experienced facilitator with at least 5 years of delivering management, and professional development content for both virtual and classroom delivery Experience creating and developing engaging course content that is applicable to the business Effective consulting and coaching skills with all levels of employees Experience analyzing data and ability to compose as well as present the storyline within it L& D assessments/certifications are a plus (SHRM, ATD, DDI, ACC, DISC, Hogan, Strengthfinders) Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Strong facilitation, interpersonal, communication, writing, and program/project management skills Talent Development Program Design Talent Solution Knowledge Strong Adaptability and Collaboration Skills Strong project management skills, agile and willing to take on additional talent development duties Ability to influence all employee levels by being detail-oriented, organized, and prepared Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects to meet implementation target dates Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to show judgment and initiative when accomplishing job duties Desire and ability to build strong, trusting relationships Willingness to offer ideas, suggestions, and feedback in order to increase awareness and business-related growth #LI-Hybrid #LI-AS1 Type: Regular Time Type: Full time Primary Location: Warren, NJ Additional Locations: Everest is an equal opportunity employer.
