Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care and daily living activities. Your role will involve promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of clients, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and mental health
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Ensure compliance with resident rights, HIPAA regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care practices
- First aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Understanding of social work principles and practices
- Experience in hospice care is desirable but not mandatory
