Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with nursing home or healthcare systems is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with special needs
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.20 per hour
