Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Part-Time)

The Recruiter position is ideal for individuals that are eager to have a big responsibility in the selection process within the company and can successfully provide quality final candidates to the operations team. This position would be remote and would report directly to the President of Operations. The Recruiter needs to be someone with exceptional communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter position include…

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop cohesive strategies for recruitment and meeting hiring goals.

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process and maintain a candidate pipeline through online and in-house resources.

• Maintain individual and company recruiting objectives.

• Communicate with candidates and applicants via phone/video interviews and through written resources.

• Provide weekly recruiting analytics on a weekly basis.

• Update and maintain application tracking system with current information to assist in recruiting and placement.

• Post open requisitions to various recruiting platforms for Texas and Iowa markets.

• Partner with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the business needs.

• Screen candidate resumes and applications to ensure proper qualifications are met by understanding position requirements.

• Strategically create job descriptions.

Job Specifications

Education and Experience:

Essential:

· At Least 1-year of administrative experience.

· Guest service experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable

· Event planning, Communications or Marketing experience.

· Experience creating creative flyers or images.

· Talent Acquisition experience.

· Human Resources experience.
