Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, inventory control, and customer service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue goals
- Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed to minimize shrinkage
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability
- Negotiate with suppliers to maintain competitive pricing and product availability

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store or wireless sales environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Excellent sales management skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and clerical duties
