POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include special events management, advertising development, social media, graphic design and promoting brand consistency. Organizes and executes content calendar based on marketing and communication content strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Designs and creates branded advertising campaigns, flyers, brochures and other marketing materials as needed.
• Assists in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the entire organization.
• Implements marketing plans that include print, video, broadcast and online content.
• Assists in maintaining and updating the Eventide website to ensure it is current, dynamic and relevant.
• Creates, maintains and strengthens the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
• Assists in the planning and execution of online social media marketing strategy.
• Maintains, manages and promotes Eventide on all social media platforms to further Eventide’s mission and vision.
• Ensures campus events and activities are shared via social, web, and other platforms to tell Eventide’s story.
• Develops and manages all internal communication systems, including internal forms (flyers, calendars, etc.), employee newsletter, and materials to support various Eventide departments and initiatives.
• Assists with the planning and support of Eventide events, including but not limited to: Annual Foundation fundraising event, Giving Hearts Day, Eventide University, Resident Open Houses, etc.
• Maintains an inventory and directory of marketing support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Assists with marketing the employee and resident giving programs, including the Eventide Day Dream program and Employee Support Fund.
• Continually seeking and researching new sources and techniques to reach potential residents and new employees while providing recommendations to leadership
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or other related field is preferred.
• Experience working with design software (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) preferred.
