Event Rents is the leader in Special Event Rentals in the Greater Spokane Area. We are seeking dynamic, qualified individuals to train in the supervisory role of Special Event Equipment Delivery Driver/Tent Specialist to join our team. Lead Delivery Drivers play a vital role in our day-to-day operations and are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through efficient delivery of our items to special event venues, hotels, resorts, and private residences.

Comprehensive OJT training is provided for this full-time/year-round position. Each day you will head to different delivery destinations in our surrounding area, working closely with other Event Rents staff to complete the job at hand. Special Event Tenting: Providing and installing event tenting is often a key part of client orders. As you progress in your delivery and team management training with us, you will also learn how to install all four styles of event tents that we offer safely and securely.

Team-focused performance, attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, dependability, flexibility, and ability to work well with others in a supervisory role are key.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safe and accurate loading, securing and unloading of equipment.
• Driving up to a 26’ Box Truck. CDL is not required.
• Prep equipment, if necessary, prior to loading.
• Delivering and picking up equipment.
• Event Tent installation and teardown.
• Leading and managing delivery crews.
• Consistently ensuring ultimate client satisfaction with products and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Able to drive up to a 26’ Box Truck (Automatic).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible scheduling/full-time role
